Consultations If you are looking for a private service where you can receive full and undivided attention, to focus entirely on your individual needs, a one on one consultation is for you. In a one-on-one consultation, apart from being your guide, Claire will also give a recap of where you’re at, checking the hurdles or leaps you may have experienced and the positive suggestions for how you can move on with confidence towards your personal goal.
Claire has helped people with techniques to manage stress, digestive issues, teenage stress and anxiety, bloating, weight loss and so much more. Claire is a qualified counsellor and nutritionist.
Education Claire visits local schools, sporting organisations and delivers presentations in a fun and interactive way. The children/young adults walk away from the session empowered about making healthy choices.
This service includes: Helping pupils to identify nutritional options, portion sizes & benefits. Educating pupils about healthy food choices and how good nutrition helps our muscles, bones, brain function and increases concentration. A key focus of this service is also educating where food comes from.
Workshops Nutritionist and counsellor Claire Abbott offers a range of community workshops to suit the client’s needs. This workshop usually accommodates around 5-25 people. The nutrition workshops’ focus is on the key food groups, quality of food, serving sizes and the real joy of eating wholesome, healthy foods. With her experience in Nutritional Medicine, Claire understands how to encourage and motivate others to take ownership of their own food choices and how food can be the greatest medicine. White Aubergine’s objective is to build confidence with food and talk about quick and easy recipes that benefit your mind and body.
